About Our Junior School

The junior years of high school are an exciting time for any student as they step into their new adventures during secondary school.

During the students junior years we put a strong emphasis on the students development of their technique in a range of styles and ensuring safe techniques and correct work ethic to assist in their improvement and understanding in the arts. We also focus on students ability to understand how to be self-motivated learners in their academics studies by working to weekly goals and due dates.

IN COLLABORATION WITH CAIRNS SCHOOL OF DISTANCE EDUCATION FLEXIBLE AGREEMENT STUDENTS WILL STUDY THE FOLLOWING (Student may also nominate an alternate academic program).

• History

• Science

• Health & Physical Education

• Language (Grade 7 & 8)

• Students will also need to choose 1-2 electives.
